    Day Camper Info

        
    • Arrive by 8:45am for attendance each morning
    •   
    • Take Part in all camp events during the day
    •   
    • Eat Lunch and Dinner in the Dining Hall (breakfasts are not included for day campers)
    •   
    • Picked up at 8:30pm on Monday and Tuesday following completion of the night games
    • Clothing for 7 activity sessions
    • Goggles, Mouthguard & Stick
    • Goalkeeper Equipment (if applicable)
    • Turfs & Sneakers
    • Water Bottle
    • Pajamas & Toiletries
    • XL Twin Sheets or a sleeping Bag, pillow and towel
    • Spending money for Camp store/Pizza/Icecream
    • Swimsuit
    • $150 room key deposit check that will be returned to the camper following the successful return of her room key at camp check-out. Checks should be made out to Washington and Lee University.
  • Generals Lacrosse Camp is located at Washington and Lee University in historic Lexington, VA.

    Campers will utilize Washington and Lee University’s top-notch athletic fields including two lighted FieldTurf fields.

    Overnight Campers will reside in W&L’s newly renovated and air-conditioned dormitories. Roommate requests will be filled to the best of our abilities.

    Meals will be provided in The Marketplace, W&L’s Dining Hall Facility

    Directions to Campus:

    If traveling from the north, south or east, follow I-81 to exit 191 (I-64). Next, take exit 55 off I-64. Turn left onto Route 11 south at the stop sign.

    If traveling from the west, take I-64 to exit 55. Turn right on Route 11 south at the stop sign.

    Once on Route 11 south, drive through three stoplights. After the third stoplight, cross the Maury River and bear right onto Route 11 Business which becomes Main Street and then Jefferson Street. Pass Virginia Military Institute. W&L appears on the right.

    Airport Shuttle:

    There are two local businesses that provide airport shuttle services from local airports, they are:


    Campers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own transportation to and from the airports.

  • Medical Treatment & Release Forms:

    Forms and health insurance information must be completed and emailed to obrienbd@wlu.edu or faxed to 540-458-8173 prior to camp.
